Subscription & Scheduling Policy

To provide the best availability for all clients, "Tailored Tutoring" operates on a pre-paid subscription model.

• Subscriptions: Clients subscribe to a set number of session credits per month (e.g., 4 sessions/month). Payment is billed automatically at the beginning of each 30-day cycle.

• Flexible Rescheduling: You may reschedule any session at no cost, as many times as you need, as long as you provide at least 4 hours' notice.

• Cancellations & No-Shows: Any session cancelled or rescheduled with less than 4 hours' notice will be forfeited. The session credit for that day will be considered used. This policy includes no-shows.

• Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for using their session credits within their billing cycle.

  This policy is in place to protect your scheduled time and to ensure fairness to all clients.
