Subscription & Scheduling Policy

To provide exceptional flexibility and availability for all clients, "Tailored Tutoring" operates on a pre-paid subscription model.

• Subscriptions: Clients subscribe to a set number of session credits per month (e.g., 4 sessions/month). Payment is billed automatically at the beginning of each 30-day cycle.

• Flexible Rescheduling: You may reschedule any session at no cost, as many times as you need, as long as you provide at least 12 hours' notice for cancelation and rescheduling.

• Cancellations & No-Shows: Any session cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours' notice will be forfeited. The session credit for that day will be considered used. This policy includes no-shows.

• Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for using their session credits within their billing cycle. Subscriptions can be managed anytime in Acuity using the link found in your subscription email.

  This policy is in place to protect your scheduled time and to ensure fairness to all clients.
